Realtor® Melissa Theodule specializes in new development, residential sales, and investment properties throughout the Philadelphia area. The co-founder of a multimillion-dollar online retail company, she utilizes her strong financial skills to help first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and sellers build equity and create generational wealth through real estate. Melissa approaches every transaction with the utmost integrity and professionalism by tailoring the process to achieve her clients’ financial and personal goals. Above all, Melissa believes in treating people with respect, which has allowed her to build and maintain successful relationships that have resulted in repeat clients and referrals.
Originally from New York City, Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. In her early career, she worked for one of the world’s top and largest public accounting consulting firms where she handled a range of clients in the financial investment, luxury retail, and healthcare sectors. Despite these successful endeavors, Melissa’s first love has always been real estate. She moved to Los Angeles in 2015 to launch her real estate career and has been a Realtor® since 2016. In 2022, Melissa took her knowledge from Los Angeles to Philadelphia to begin a real estate career in development and residential sales. Melissa credits the discipline and structure of her accounting career and her entrepreneurial know-how for the results she has been able to consistently deliver to her clients.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys practicing yoga, listening to live jazz, and hiking with her dogs. Active in her community, Melissa volunteers for animal shelter rescue programs and is a member of several women’s minority leadership entrepreneur groups.
