Kayley Coulter joined the PhillyLiving Real Estate Team in August of 2024 after joining KW Empower as a solo agent. She is originally from Moorestown, NJ, spent a decade in North Carolina, attending East Carolina University then living in Raleigh for 6 years. She returned to the northeast in 2014 and currently resides in the Rittenhouse neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Prior to real estate, Kayley climbed her way up in the restaurant industry and went from serving tables at 16 to bartending at age 21, to managing restaurants by the age of 23. She has served many clients over the years, managed multimillion dollar charity events, and built lasting relationships. Since 2017, Kayley has also worked as a professional Nanny for high-end clientele including famous athletes, actors, actresses, and doctors.

Growing up, Kayley played soccer for over a decade and ran varsity track. She was involved in many extracurricular activities throughout high school and was extremely active in her community. Sports continue to be an avid part of her life, as she enjoys attending all of the Philadelphia sporting events with her siblings, and the 50+ first cousins she has in the area. Family has played a huge role in who she is as a person and she accredits her social skills and compassionate nature to growing up in such a large, close-knit family environment.

Getting into real estate has been a dream of Kayley’s for over a decade and she believes that her work and life experience, passion for sales, and ability to relate to so many different individuals, will help her advance in her career. She is extremely excited not only for her future in real estate, but for the future of Philadelphia and making it a place that everyone wants to call home.
