Jessica Weeks joined GlobalLiving in 2025 as Operations Director, bringing over twenty years of diverse experience in sales, office management, and conveyancing to the team. With a keen understanding of the intricacies of the industry, she is dedicated to enhancing both client and agent experience through streamlined processes and innovative solutions.

Starting her career in conveyancing with Coldwell Banker Preferred, Jessica developed a passion for building strong relationships and understanding agent needs. Branching out into sales and office management at an independent brokerage allowed her to marry her knowledge of operations with a discerning understanding of the client experience. Jessica led the conveyancing team at Coldwell Banker Realty Greater Philadelphia from 2022-2025 where she honed her skills in optimizing workflows and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Jessica believes that a positive experience for both clients and agents is paramount to success in real estate. She is committed to continual improvement and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys playing music, reading, films, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, dog, and two cats.
