Arielle Gold discovered her passion for real estate while studying English Literature at Temple University, where she managed an off-campus student housing portfolio. That early experience sparked a lifelong interest, leading her to obtain her real estate license shortly after graduation. She quickly gained hands-on experience in both residential and commercial sales, working with homebuyers, sellers, and investors alike.
Inspired by her investor clients and guided by her deep understanding of the residential market, Arielle took the leap into real estate investing herself—flipping houses and building a portfolio of rental properties. Her desire to expand her expertise led her back to Temple Beasley School of Law as an evening student, where she pursued a law degree with a focus on real estate.
As a licensed attorney, Arielle worked with top Philadelphia law firms, advising clients on real estate litigation, commercial leasing, transactions, condominium conversions, land use, and zoning. Today, she owns Gold Standard Law, where she passionately represents clients in achieving their real estate goals and protecting their investments.
